The Blair lab in the Department of Systems Pharmacology and Translational Therapeutics is seeking a temporary Research Assistant.
Job Description
Job Duties:
Western blotting of proteins from biological fluids
Immunoprecipitation of proteins from biological fluids
Proteomics analysis of neuronal cell proteins by mass spectrometry
Proteomics analysis of plasma proteins by mass spectrometry
Proteomics analysis of serum proteins by mass spectrometry
Proteomics analysis of cerebrospinal fluid proteins by mass spectrometry
Preparation of reports
Storage of reagents and lab supplies
Acquisition of reagents for sample preparation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors and 0-1 years experience in a lab setting. Lab experience in college strongly preferred. Ability to work independently.
