What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Conduct research under the mentorship and supervision of Prof. Adam Kaufman.
The research will be focused on supporting the development of a continuously operating cold-atom apparatus of Yb, which will be used for studies in quantum information science.

The salary for this temporary, 6 month position is $2,600 per month.

What We Require

Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
Continuing education towards Master's degree in Quantum Science and Technology.

What You Will Need

Some experience with vacuum technology, high power laser systems, low noise laser systems, quantum information, and ultracold atom physics.
