Job Summary


Seeking stream researcher to conduct field research in Antarctica from October 2024 to February 2025. Duties include operating stream gages, sampling stream water and algal mats, downloading several remote logging stations, and helping with other field teams as needed. The successful candidate will have experience working with data from the McMurdo Dry Valleys. They will be required to deploy to Antarctica, which requires being deemed physically qualified to deploy by the US Antarctic Program.
